LBR Auto Repair

Born and raised on the Eastside, I’ve used a few different shops for my cars over the years. After my first experience with LBR, I knew I’d found my new go-to. I’ve been bringing both of my cars here for the past three years, and there’s no one I trust more—whether it’s for routine maintenance or those not-so-fun unexpected visits. The entire team is honest, transparent, and great to work with, and the technicians have an incredible amount of experience and knowledge. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust. LBR is that place for me. Highly recommend.

After a botched oil change service at another location, we were able to schedule with Josh for the very next day for the necessary repair. He communicated very clearly and professionally with me on the phone, and with my husband in person. It is obvious that Josh knows his stuff and was able to do good work on our Jaguar. We are finding that good customer service is hard to come by these days, and we’re very pleasantly surprised with our interaction at LBR Complete Automotive Center. Thank you and we will come back for future service needs. :-)

I brought my 2022 Dodge Durango R/T in for brakes. First of all, they got me in right away, when other shops told me it would be two weeks before they could do it. The parts are Brembo, and not easily found, but they did. They finished me before closing time, at a fair price. I think I've found my new shop for maintenance on my Durango. New pads and rotors front and back.

Would like to thank the team at LBR auto repair, came in for some routine maintenance on my M5 and after additional review and troubleshooting we discovered the car had a more concerning valve guide issue after continuing to notice smoke and burning oil. After considering all options on the table Josh and Dimitri worked with me through every step of the way ensuring that the machining/rebuild and installing the rebuilt heads was done properly and in a timely manner and we were able to get the car back on the road without any issue. The team continued to follow up after the repairs were completed to ensure that the car was working and functioning as intended. I also want to thank the owner Mike for letting me keep the car at their shop for the prolonged period that the car was down and being repaired for. Overall I can’t thank the team enough, Josh for the continued communication and Dimitri for his experience with these special cars keeping them up and running!
